This policy explains what ClientWatch.ai stores, why, and who processes it.
What we store
Your account: your name, email address and a hash of your password, or your Google sign-in.
Your team's clients: the names, companies and notes you enter, and the public news we find about them.
Your plan: which plan your team is on and, for paid plans, the Stripe customer and subscription that go with it.
To limit abuse, we keep a keyed hash of your IP address for sign-ups, codes and contact forms, never the address itself.
Who processes it
To find news, ClientWatch.ai sends each client's name and company to its search and AI providers. Your notes, teams and full client list stay in ClientWatch.ai.
Stripe processes payments. Our email provider sends confirmation emails and digests.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, show ads or track you across other sites. Emails carry no tracking pixels.
Keeping and deleting data
Unconfirmed accounts are deleted after 7 days, with their team. To delete your account or your team's data sooner, contact us.
